Ingredients

  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts (1/2" – 3/4" thick)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your George Foreman Grill for at least 5-7 minutes on high with the lid closed.

  2. Lightly brush chicken breasts with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Place on grill and grill for 6 minutes (with an optimal internal temperature of 145F/63C).

  5. Make sure to turn the chicken breasts halfway around the 3-minute mark so they get nice grill marks on both sides.
