  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your George Foreman Grill for at least 5 minutes.

  2. Lay the chicken breasts out on a flat surface covered with plastic wrap.
