But the chicken that gets attention the most is usually boneless, skinless, seared well, full of flavor, not too dry and moist in the center. Today I will share this boneless skinless George Foreman grilled chicken breast recipe so you can easily make restaurant quality grilled chicken at home.

How to Make Boneless Skinless George Foreman Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your George Foreman Grill for at least 5 minutes.

Step 2

Lay the chicken breasts out on a flat surface covered with plastic wrap.

Step 3

Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.

Step 4

Lightly cover both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Place on grill and close cover. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until juices run clear.

Step 6

Remove from grill and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
