Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary
  • 1 ounce envelope dry onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your George Foreman Grill for at least 5 minutes on high with the lid closed.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, cheese, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion soup mix, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  3. Form this mixture into 4 patties.

  4. Grill hamburgers for 5 minutes per side or until well done.

  5. Serve your freshly grilled hamburgers on fresh buns with your favorite condiments.
