Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, skinless and boneless
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • Dried oregano
  • 1 cup chunky salsa

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste and add it to the Instant Pot.

  2. Add the oregano, cumin, and the salsa. Stir and cover.

  3. Set the Instant Pot on Poultry mode and cook for 25 minutes.

  4. Release the pressure, transfer the chicken and salsa to a bowl.
