This recipe will show you how to make meatloaf without eggs. It's a little different from the traditional meatloaf recipe but it tastes quite good.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius).

  2. In a large bowl, add the beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs and mix well.

  3. Season with salt and pepper and place the mixture in a loaf pan.

  4. In a small bowl, add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

  5. Bake it uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius) for an hour.

  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes and then serve.
