This grilled chicken recipe is simple, juicy, and perfect for a high-protein meal or as a component in salads, bowls, or sandwiches.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder. Whisk until well blended.
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
Place the marinated chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Cook for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until grill marks form and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
