How to Make Worcestershire Sauce Ribeye Steak
Ingredients
- 1 8oz ribeye steak
- Onion powder to taste
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together onion powder, salt, garlic powder, pepper and season the steak.
Put the Worcestershire sauce into a plastic bag. Place the steak in it and turn to coat.
Seal the bag after getting excess air out. Refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat the grill with the lid closed for at least 5 minutes. use high settings if you have it.
Brush grill grate with oil. Grill steak for 8 minutes per side.
