How to Make Hamburgers on George Foreman Grill
In order to make the best hamburger, you need to make sure that it’s tender and juicy. I recommend 1 1/2 lb of ground beef if you are planning to make for the entire family. It’s also important to preheat your Grill (up to maximum temperature) as it sears in the flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your George Foreman Grill for at least 5 minutes on high with the lid closed.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, cheese, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion soup mix, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Form this mixture into 4 patties.
Step 4
Grill hamburgers for 5 minutes per side or until well done.
Step 5
Serve your freshly grilled hamburgers on fresh buns with your favorite condiments.

This really is the best tasting hamburger ever! I made the burgers for a large group and everyone wanted to know what was in them.
I lean vegetarian but my kids still like the occasional beef burger. Made these tonight and everyone loved them. Super simple and grilled up great on the George Foreman. We topped them with pepper Jack cheese.
