If you are looking for a spicy and delicious dish to make in the summer, grilled shrimp might be a good option for you. One thing I really like about George Foreman grilled shrimp is that they are very healthy yet easy to make at home. And so it can be a good alternative to unhealthy junk food when you really want to make something quick.
How to Cook Shrimp on George Foreman Grill
Shrimp doesn’t take a lot of time to be cooked. But if you want to keep things simple you can just coat them with your favorite sauce, grill and be done.
When grilling shrimp, I usually like to season them with olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. This adds a very nice mouthwatering flavor to it.
Once I thread shrimp onto skewers I grill for 2-3 minutes per side. The trick is to cook it well but not overcook it. One way to know is to grill until they are opaque.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

I made this the other day, so yummy!
Delicious! loved it.
VERY GOOD
So I assume that you leave the lid up whenever the shrimp are cooking? I understand that you flip the shrimp, but it’s also reasonable to assume that you can lift the lid and flip the shrimp.
