Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs with thighs
  • 1/4 cup white Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a large saucepan.

  2. Add enough water to cover.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.

  4. Reduce heat.

  5. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.

  6. Drain.

  7. Place in a shallow dish.

  8. Meanwhile, prepare sauce.

  9. Mix honey, mayonnaise, and mustard in a bowl.

  10. Blend well.

  11. Add garlic, chili powder, onion powder and cumin.

  12. Mix well and set aside.

  13. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

  14. Preheat grill or broiler.

  15. Brush chicken with Worcestershire sauce.

  16. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  17. Place chicken on grill or broiler pan.

  18. Brush with barbecue sauce.

  19. Grill or broil chicken, turning frequently, for 20 minutes.

  20. Brush chicken with reserved barbecue sauce just before removing from the grill.

  21. Serve and enjoy!
