Nice and moist banana bread with crispy edges.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius).
Take two loaf pans (7x3 inch). Grease and flour them.
Take a large bowl and whisk together flour, sugar, salt and soda.
Slowly mix in eggs, bananas and butter.
Pour this mixture into the two pans.
Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius) for an hour.
