Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius).

Step 2

In a large bowl, add the beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs and mix well.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper and place the mixture in a loaf pan.

Step 4

In a small bowl, add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

Step 5

Bake it uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius) for an hour.

Step 6

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes and then serve.

    I have an egg intolerance that started a few years ago. I was excited to find this recipe which doesn’t call for eggs. Both my husband and I loved it.

    I haven’t actually ate it yet but it’s in the oven and so far, so good. I know for sure, that it smells wonderful as it cooks!! I will let ya’ll know how it tastes once it’s done.
