by Noor 8 Comments

Grilling delicious chicken breast on your George Foreman Grill is easy. It can be cooked in just minutes with very minimal preparation. Chicken breast is considered healthy, affordable and versatile since there are many ways to prepare and cook it. And once you put it on the George Foreman Grill you can actually make restaurant-quality grilled chicken breast with very little expertise.

How to Make George Foreman Grill Chicken Breast

For grill chicken breast, I recommend using skinless boneless chicken breast, 1/2″ to 3/4″ thick, to produce the optimal results. It’s also important to preheat your Grill (up to maximum temperature) as it sears in the flavors.

Here’s a quick, easy and unbelievably delicious chicken breast recipe that you can make right on your George Foreman Grill.

I thought chicken had to be cooked to 165F?

@Christina, That depends on how you want to cook it. A good span of 130°F to 165 offers you the best.

Eep! This is so incorrect. Chicken needs to be cooked to 165 degrees to kill all the bacteria according to the FDA guidelines and according to ServSafe’s kitchen safety standards. If you’re going to heat it 145 you need to be cooking for around 9 minutes to kill the same amount of bacteria.

Yes, but I have an electric grill like an actual grill. It has the bottom with the grill part and the top is a dome so it is helpful to have this type of recipe. I had to look specifically for it because most assumed I had the traditional kind with the top and bottom grill.
